“Feeding the planet, Energy for life”
Expo Milano 2015 – Universal Exposition (May – October 2015, Milan, Italy)
PoliCulturaExpoMilano2015+1 is an innovative program (by Politecnico di Milano, under mandate of the Universal Exposition’s organizers) for schools of the world: classes are asked to create multimedia narratives connected to issues crucial for the planet and for each local community.
All school levels and all school types, from all countries, can participate.
A world education for a world citizenship.
PoliCulturaExpoMilano2015+1 supports teachers and students in their learning activities.
Online courses (MOOCs) for teachers: about issues of the Universal Exposition, Digital Storytelling and narrative development.
More than 300 pages of content and more than 1,000 tips for learning activities.
World online communities: teachers can meet colleagues to exchange ideas, opinions and collaborative experiences.
PoliCulturaExpoMilano2015+1 makes all the multimedia narratives highly visible
through a dedicated portal and a YouTube channel.
The contest recognizes the value of the teaching approach
(also taking into account difficulties and initial conditions) and
the communication effectiveness of the work, in relation to Expo Milano 2015 and its mission.
You can participate both with demanding or more simple projects.
